Donovan McNabb is out for the season -- again.

The Philadelphia Eagles lost their star quarterback early in the second quarter, when McNabb was pushed out of bounds near the Tennessee Titans' sideline.  McNabb came up hobbled, and was carted off the field.

McNabb will have surgery to repair the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee and is expected to be sidelined from eight months to one year. It's the third time in five years McNabb has gone down with six or more games remaining in the regular season.

Backup QB Jeff Garcia will be at the helm for the remainder of the season.

This is very costly for the Eagles.  They are 5-5 and this will not help.  This is a season changer for the Eagles, as I do not think they will make the playoffs now.
